The Suite — Terms of Service

Welcome to The Suite! We're so excited you're here. This agreement is designed to protect the integrity of this space and everyone inside it—while keeping things simple, empowering, and easy to understand.

By joining The Suite and submitting your payment, you agree to the following terms, based on the membership tier you’ve selected.

1. What’s Included in Your Membership Tier

Your membership in The Suite gives you access to a powerful container of support, based on the tier you’ve chosen. This may include:

Up to a set number of coaching sessions per month with our expert guides

Live masterclasses, meditations, and events

A personal dashboard with resources, replays, and goal-based “recipe cards”

Community chats and celebratory check-ins

Your exact access and number of sessions depend on the tier selected at sign-up. A summary of what’s included in each tier can be found on our website and welcome materials.

We may occasionally update or expand offerings to better serve you—any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.

2. Booking Your Sessions

You may book up to the number of sessions included in your tier each calendar month (e.g., 3 sessions/month in our current Core tier).

Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

Booking more than your included number of sessions may result in cancellation of the extras.

If we introduce add-on sessions or “Power Ups,” they will be made clearly available with pricing and details.

You’re encouraged to make the most of your sessions and choose the experts that align with your goals each month!

3. Session Cancellations + No-Shows

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as used.

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in a temporary hold or removal from the platform.

Our experts reserve time just for you—we ask that you honor that energetic exchange.

4. Conduct & Community

We are devoted to building a high-frequency, respectful, and inclusive community.

By participating in The Suite, you agree to:

Show up with integrity, curiosity, and personal responsibility

Maintain confidentiality of what’s shared in sessions or community spaces

Engage in a way that is supportive, non-disruptive, and aligned with our values

Any behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or intentionally disruptive may result in removal from The Suite without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

Memberships are billed monthly in USD, at the rate of your selected tier.

Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to your billing date.

Refunds are not available, due to immediate access to coaching time and resources.

If you’re unsure whether The Suite is right for you, we encourage starting with a one-month trial.

5.1 Chargebacks & Disputes

By joining The Suite, you agree to the payment terms outlined in this agreement and acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Initiating a chargeback or credit card dispute after accessing Suite materials, booking sessions, or engaging with the platform is considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation—including signed agreements, booking history, and session summaries—to dispute any claims made in bad faith.

Members who initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the concern with us directly may be permanently removed from The Suite and denied future access.

We believe in energetic integrity and clear communication, and we’re always open to finding a solution when approached with respect

6. Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in USD.

If you are a Canadian resident, applicable GST/HST will be added at checkout.

Members outside of Canada are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or duties in their own jurisdiction.

Your billing address is used to determine tax obligations and may be verified at checkout.

7. Legal Disclaimers

The Suite offers coaching, energy work, and strategy support—none of which constitutes medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your choices, actions, and how you implement what’s offered.

By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, wellbeing, and outcomes.

The Suite is a collaborative space with a variety of expert contributors.

The views, beliefs, and teachings shared by individual experts do not necessarily reflect the views of The Suite or Jeanine Hauck.
Likewise, Jeanine’s personal coaching and teaching may differ from that of other experts in the community.

We celebrate diversity of thought and encourage each member to discern what resonates most with their journey. You are invited to take what serves you and leave what doesn’t—with full agency and respect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, and resources shared within The Suite are the property of Jeanine and/or contributing experts.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside your personal use unless explicit written permission is granted.

9. Data and Privacy Policies

We care deeply about your privacy. By using The Suite, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

Data Collection & Use:

Your personal information is used to provide platform services, process payments, and communicate with you about your membership. We use secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, The VIP Hub., scheduling software) to manage your experience inside The Suite.

Consent & Privacy Laws:

By participating, you consent to your information being used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of these third-party platforms. The Suite complies with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA for Canadian residents and GDPR for EU residents, along with other relevant local laws.

You are responsible for ensuring the data you share is accurate and in compliance with applicable laws in your country of residence.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Alberta.

11. Termination Clauses

Your membership in The Suite operates on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date. Once you cancel, your membership will end immediately, and no future payments will be taken.

Termination by The Suite:

The Suite reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with immediate effect, if your behavior is harmful, disruptive, or misaligned with our community values. This includes, but is not limited to, unethical conduct, harmful actions towards others, repeated no-shows, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and your membership will end immediately, with no future payments taken.

We expect all Members to show up with integrity, respect, and responsibility.

The Suite isn’t just a platform—it’s a movement. It’s here to remind you that you don’t have to do it all alone. You’re invited to receive, co-create, and expand with expert support tailored to you.
