The Suite — Terms of Service

Welcome to The Suite! We're so excited you're here. This agreement is designed to protect the integrity of this space and everyone inside it—while keeping things simple, empowering, and easy to understand.

By joining The Suite and submitting your payment, you agree to the following terms, based on the membership tier you’ve selected.

The Suite™ is operated by Homegrown Creations LLC, operating from Alberta, Canada.

These Terms of Service apply to all memberships, services, digital resources, sessions, and other purchases made through The Suite™.

1. What’s Included in Your Membership Tier

Memberships may be offered on a monthly or annual prepaid basis. The services and monthly session allocation included in your membership are determined by the tier you select at checkout.

Annual membership provides 12 consecutive months of membership access. Paying annually does not make all 12 months of sessions available at once. Sessions continue to be allocated according to the monthly limits of the membership tier selected.

The Suite™ works with a network of independent experts. Specific experts, specialties, availability, programming, events, resources, and platform features may change from time to time. Membership provides access to The Suite™ and its available expert network and does not guarantee continued access to any particular individual expert.

We may reasonably update or modify features of the membership as the platform evolves. During a prepaid annual term, we will not intentionally make changes that materially remove the core membership services purchased without providing an appropriate alternative or remedy.

2. Booking Your Sessions

For both monthly and annual members, sessions are allocated monthly according to the membership tier selected.

Annual payment does not provide access to the full year's session allocation in advance.

Unused sessions do not roll over into future months unless otherwise expressly stated by The Suite™ in writing.

You’re encouraged to make the most of your sessions and choose the experts that align with your goals each month!

3. Session Cancellations + No-Shows

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as used.

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may result in a temporary hold or removal from the platform.

Our experts reserve time just for you—we ask that you honor that energetic exchange.

4. Conduct & Community

We are devoted to building a high-frequency, respectful, and inclusive community.

By participating in The Suite, you agree to:

Show up with integrity, curiosity, and personal responsibility

Maintain confidentiality of what’s shared in sessions or community spaces

Engage in a way that is supportive, non-disruptive, and aligned with our values

Any behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or intentionally disruptive may result in removal from The Suite without refund.

5. Payments, Billing, Automatic Renewal & Refunds

All membership prices are listed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Applicable sales taxes will be added where required by law.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are charged at the time of purchase and automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout.

You may cancel the automatic renewal of your monthly membership at any time before your next billing date. Unless otherwise stated, your membership and access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Once the next monthly payment has been processed, that payment is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are paid in full upfront for 12 consecutive months of membership.

Annual memberships automatically renew for another 12-month term on the applicable annual renewal date unless renewal is cancelled before that date.

Cancelling an annual membership stops the next annual renewal. It does not terminate or refund the annual membership period that has already been purchased. Access will continue through the end of the prepaid annual term.

Annual membership pricing reflects the Member's decision to prepay for a full 12-month membership term. Except where required by applicable law, annual membership payments are non-refundable and no partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused months, unused sessions, changes in personal circumstances, or a Member's decision not to continue using the membership during the prepaid term.

The Suite™ may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances and may choose to provide a credit, partial refund, or other accommodation. Any discretionary accommodation does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.

Automatic Renewal Authorization

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize The Suite™ and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for each applicable monthly or annual renewal until you cancel future renewal.

It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method and accurate billing information.

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, The Suite™ may retry the payment and may temporarily suspend membership access until the account is brought current.

Pricing Changes

The Suite™ may change membership pricing from time to time. Any increase affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated before the new price is charged and will take effect no earlier than the Member's next applicable renewal unless otherwise permitted by law.

Refunds and Legal Rights

Because Members receive immediate access to The Suite™ platform, resources, programming, and the ability to book expert support, payments are generally non-refundable as described above.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5.1 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a concern about your membership payment, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Member from exercising any lawful rights available through a payment provider, card issuer, or applicable consumer protection law.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, The Suite™ may temporarily suspend access while the matter is being investigated.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute appears fraudulent or is initiated in bad faith after services or membership benefits have been provided, The Suite™ reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, acceptance of these Terms, booking history, platform-access records, and other appropriate documentation to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in termination of membership and refusal of future service.

6. Taxes & Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all membership prices are listed and charged in USD.

Applicable sales taxes may be collected at checkout where required by law.

Members are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or jurisdiction that are not collected directly by The Suite™.

Billing information may be used to determine applicable tax obligations.

7. Legal Disclaimers

The Suite offers coaching, energy work, and strategy support—none of which constitutes medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your choices, actions, and how you implement what’s offered.

By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, wellbeing, and outcomes.

The Suite is a collaborative space with a variety of expert contributors.

The views, beliefs, and teachings shared by individual experts do not necessarily reflect the views of The Suite or Jeanine Hauck.
Likewise, Jeanine’s personal coaching and teaching may differ from that of other experts in the community.

We celebrate diversity of thought and encourage each member to discern what resonates most with their journey. You are invited to take what serves you and leave what doesn’t—with full agency and respect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, and resources shared within The Suite are the property of Jeanine and/or contributing experts.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials outside your personal use unless explicit written permission is granted.

9. Consent & Privacy Laws

We care deeply about your privacy. By using The Suite, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

Data Collection & Use:

Your personal information is used to provide platform services, process payments, and communicate with you about your membership. We use secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, The VIP Hub., scheduling software) to manage your experience inside The Suite.

Consent & Privacy Laws:

The Suite™ handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, which may include Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other privacy laws that apply based on the circumstances of the Member and the services provided.

You are responsible for ensuring the data you share is accurate and in compliance with applicable laws in your country of residence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or participation in The Suite™ will be resolved through the courts of Alberta, Canada.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

11. Termination Clauses

Monthly Membership Cancellation

Monthly Members may cancel future renewal at any time before their next billing date.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, cancellation stops future billing and membership access continues until the end of the monthly billing period already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or sessions except where required by law.

Annual Membership Cancellation

Annual Members may cancel future annual renewal at any time before their next annual renewal date.

Cancellation prevents the next annual payment from being charged. It does not end the prepaid annual membership early and does not create a right to a partial or prorated refund.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by The Suite™ in writing, the Member will continue to have access through the end of the prepaid annual membership term.

Termination by The Suite™

The Suite™ may suspend or terminate a membership for material breach of these Terms, including abusive or threatening behaviour, harassment, intentional disruption of the community, unauthorized sharing or reproduction of proprietary material, fraudulent activity, misuse of the booking system, or other conduct that materially compromises the safety or integrity of The Suite™.

Where a membership is terminated because of a Member's material breach of these Terms, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

If The Suite™ permanently discontinues the membership program or terminates a prepaid annual membership without cause before the end of the paid term and cannot provide a reasonably comparable alternative, the Member will receive an appropriate prorated refund for the unused portion of the prepaid membership.

Changes in Experts

The departure, replacement, or change in availability of an individual Expert does not by itself constitute cancellation of the Member's agreement, provided The Suite™ continues to provide access to the broader expert network and the core membership services purchased.

Final Word

The Suite isn’t just a platform—it’s a movement. It’s here to remind you that you don’t have to do it all alone. You’re invited to receive, co-create, and expand with expert support tailored to you.
